Lovers is a 1983 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Bharathiraja. It is a remake of his own simultaneously shot 1981 bilingual titled Alaigal Oivathillai in Tamil and Seethakoka Chilaka in Telugu. [1] [2]
Viju lives near Panji, Goa, with his poor mother, who teaches music to make a living. Mary, sister of a rich landlord David comes home from Bombay to visit her family during her vacations. The two characters fall in love with each other. On getting to know this, David beats Mary black-and-blue and plans to get her married. During these events, David violates his maid and cleanly gets away with it. But this earns him his wife Eliza's wrath, and she tries to help Mary unite with Viju against the wishes of David.
David then attempts to kill both Viju and Mary with the help of the villagers, as he feels the only punishment that they deserve for loving each other, is death. Will the lovers ever unite, or will they be constantly torn apart due to the various odds and obstacles of the society, is what forms the rest of the story.

My Fair Lady is a musical with a book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. The story, based on the 1938 film adaptation of George Bernard Shaw's 1913 play Pygmalion, concerns Eliza Doolittle, a Cockney flower girl who takes speech lessons from professor Henry Higgins, a phonetician, so that she may pass as a lady. Despite his cynical nature and difficulty understanding women, Higgins grows attached to her.
The Wild Thornberrys is an American animated television series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó, Steve Pepoon, David Silverman, and Stephen Sustarsic for Nickelodeon. The series portrays the zany hijinks of a family of wildlife documentary filmmakers known as the Thornberrys, which consist of the nature documentary television host Nigel, his wife and camera operator Marianne, their 16-year-old daughter Debbie, their younger daughter Eliza, their adopted son Donnie, and a chimpanzee named Darwin. The series focuses in particular on Eliza, who has a magical ability to communicate with animals. The Thornberry family travels to every continent and wildlife environment in the ComVee, a recreational vehicle equipped with safety mechanisms to handle any terrain or body of water, to document their journeys in detail, with typical episodes involving Eliza befriending an animal and subsequently finding herself in peril.
Eliza Patricia Dushku is an American and Albanian actress. She is best known for starring as Faith in the supernatural drama series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1998–2003) and its spin-off series Angel (2000–2003). She also had lead roles in the Fox supernatural drama series Tru Calling (2003–2005) and the Fox science fiction series Dollhouse (2009–2010), for which she was a producer.

The film deals with social factors affecting Kerala including unemployment during the 1980s, and went on to achieve a cult classic status.
Jai Kishen is a 1994 Bollywood action drama film directed by Sunil Agnihotri. It stars Akshay Kumar in a dual role, Ayesha Julka and Chandni. It was the first film where Akshay Kumar appeared in a dual role. Kumar plays twin brothers separated as children, with one character portrayed as a visually impaired but skilled swordsman and the other as a streetwise criminal. Kumar later played a visually impaired character again in Aankhen (2002).

The film stars Karthik and Radha, in their acting debut. Thiagarajan, Silk Smitha and Kamala Kamesh appear in supporting roles. The story follows a Hindu boy who falls in love with a Christian girl. How the lovers unite braving all the obstacles, forms the crux of the story.
Mangte Chungneijang "Mary" Kom is an Indian Olympic boxer, politician, and former Member of Rajya Sabha. She is the only woman to win the World Amateur Boxing Championship six times, the only female boxer to have won a medal in each one of the first seven World Championships, and the only boxer to win eight World Championship medals. Nicknamed Magnificent Mary, she was the only Indian female boxer to have qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics, where she competed in the flyweight (51 kg) category and won a bronze medal. She had also been ranked as the world's No. 1 female light-flyweight by the International Boxing Association (amateur) (AIBA). She became the first Indian female boxer to win a gold medal in the Asian Games in 2014 at Incheon, South Korea and is the first Indian female boxer to win gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She is also the only boxer to become Asian Amateur Boxing Champion for a record six times. Mary Kom won the 51kg gold in President's Cup in Indonesia.
