Loy Katali (born 12 October 1975) is a Ugandan politician and accountant. [1] She is the district woman representative of Jinja District in the 10th Parliament of Uganda. She is affiliated to the National Resistance Movement political party. [1] [2]
In 2000, she was awarded a bachelor's degree in commerce from Makerere University. [1] In 2008, she obtained a certificate from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and later completed Masters of Business Administration from Makerere University in 2009. [1] [3]
From 2012 to 2015, she worked as the finance officer at IGAD and later joined Ministry of Labour, Republic of South Sudan as a consultant (financial management specialist) from 2009 to 2011. [1] Loy was then the financial accountant at The Microfinance Support Centre Ltd from 2004 to 2008. Between 2003 and 2004, she was the accountant coordinator at the Directorate of Water Development. [1] In the period 2001–2003, she was employed as the Project Accountant at Uganda Bureau of Statistics. Between 2000 and 2001, she worked as the management accountant at CELFMARK. [1] Loy later joined the Parliament of Uganda as the member of Parliament from 2016 to date. [1] While at the Parliament of Uganda, she served on the professional body at the Institute of Certified Public accountants of Uganda and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK as a full-time member. Additionally, she served on the Committee on Finance, Planning and Economic Development as the vice chairperson. [1]
She is married. [1] She has special interest in helping those in need such as the widows and orphans. [1]

Samuel Kisakye Sejjaaka is a Ugandan accountant, academic and businessman. He is Principal and Country Team Leader at MAT ABACUS Business School. Between 1993 and 2014, he lectured at Uganda's oldest tertiary institution, Makerere University and rose to the position of Deputy Principal. In December 2014, he retired from the institution at age 50. He then helped establish Abacus Business School, Uganda's premier executive education institution. In 2019, Abacus Business school merged with the Management Accountancy Training Company (MAT) to form MAT ABACUS Business School.
Kaabule Evelyn Naome Mpagi is a Ugandan human resource management consultant and politician. She is a former Member of Parliament, having served as the first Women's Representative for Luuka District in Uganda's 9th Parliament, after the district was created by an act of parliament and became functional on 1 July 2010. She served in this role until 2016 when she was defeated by Esther Mbulakubuza Mbayo in the 2016 general election. Then a member of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), she served on three parliamentary committees during her time in Parliament: the Public Accounts Committee, the Committee on Social Services, and the Presidential Affairs Committee. Having been defeated by Mbayo in the NRM primary, she ran on an independent ticket in the 2016 election cycle.

Anita Annet Among is a Ugandan accountant, lawyer and politician who is the Speaker of the 11th Parliament of Uganda since 2022. She also concurrently serves as the elected member of parliament for the Bukedea District Women Constituency, the same position she held in the 10th Parliament (2016–2021). She was in FDC party before she joined the ruling NRM where she was voted as the Deputy Speaker of the 10th Parliament.
