The Air Force of Zimbabwe (AFZ) is the air force of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces. It was known as the Rhodesian Air Force until 1980. The Air Force of Zimbabwe saw service in the Mozambican Civil War in 1985 and the Second Congo War of 1998–2001.
The Eurocopter AS532 Cougar is a twin-engine, medium-weight, multipurpose helicopter developed by Eurocopter. The AS532 is a development and upgrade of the Aérospatiale SA 330 Puma in its militarized form. Its civilian counterpart is the Eurocopter AS332 Super Puma. The AS532 has been further developed as the Eurocopter EC725.
22 Squadron is a squadron of the South African Air Force. It is currently a maritime helicopter squadron operating Lynx and Oryx helicopters for the South African Navy. Originally formed in 1942, the squadron is the only current maritime helicopter squadron of the SAAF. It has been involved with many rescues, some gaining international attention as well as arctic base support.
The Airbus Helicopters H215 is a four-bladed, twin-engined, medium-sized, utility helicopter developed and initially produced by French aerospace company Aérospatiale. It has been subsequently manufactured by the successor companies Eurocopter and Airbus Helicopters. The Super Puma is a re-engined and more voluminous version of the original Aérospatiale SA 330 Puma.
The Cameroon Air Force is the air force of Cameroon. The Cameroon Air Force, along with the Cameroon Army, the Cameroon Navy, the National Gendarmerie, and the Presidential Guard make up the Cameroonian Armed Forces.
Gilze-Rijen Air Base is a military airbase in the south of Netherlands. It is located between the cities of Breda and Tilburg, which are both in North Brabant. The airport is mainly, but not exclusively used as a base for Royal Netherlands Air Force helicopters. The airfield has two runways, the longest one is complete with an instrument landing system (ILS) and is 2,779 metres (9,117 ft) long by 45 m (148 ft) wide in the 10/28 direction. The shorter runway is 1,996 m (6,549 ft) by 30 m (98 ft) in the 02/20 direction.
The Eurocopter EC635 is a multi-purpose light helicopter developed by Eurocopter as a military version of the Eurocopter EC135. It is a twin-engined aircraft and can carry up to 8 people, including the pilot, and a range of military equipment or armaments. The helicopter is marketed for troop transport, medical evacuation, cargo transport, reconnaissance and surveillance and armed combat support missions.
The Army Light Aviation Unit was the planned aviation unit of the Portuguese Army. Created in 2000 as the Army Light Aviation Group (GALE), it was the Army's unit dedicated to missions of light aviation, being integrated in the Army Forces System, under the operational command of the Ground Forces Operational Command. It was planned to be equipped with light fire support and medium maneuver helicopters. The process of helicopter procurement, however, suffered successive setbacks until being finally canceled in 2012, causing the unit disbandment in 2015.
The 125 Squadron "Puma" is a helicopter squadron base at Sembawang Air Base, Republic of Singapore Air Force, the squadron goes by the motto of "Swift in Support", with the Puma as the squadron's motif.
Dübendorf Military Airport was a military airfield of the Swiss Air Force northeast of Dübendorf in Switzerland, located east of Zürich.
The Lufttransport Staffel 1 a transport squadron of the Swiss Air Force. The homebase of the Lufttransport Staffel 1 is the Payerne Air Base. The squadron «La UNE» is part of the Lufttransportgeschwader 1 together with the Lufttransport Staffel 5. The coat of arms of the Lufttransport Staffel 1 is a black bat before an orange number 1 on a green background.
Lufttransport Staffel 2 was a transport squadron of the Swiss Air Force and belonged to the Überwachungsgeschwader. The Lufttransport Staffel 2 was most recently equipped with Alouette III and had its homebase on the Alpnach Air Base.
Lufttransport Staffel 3 is a transport squadron of the Swiss Air Force. The unit is part of the Berufsfliegerkorps and is part of the Airtransportgeschwader 3 together with the Lufttransport Staffel 4, Which on its part belongs to Flugplatzkommando 2 at Alpnach Air Base. The home base of the Lufttransport Staffel 3 is Dübendorf Air Base. The squadron carries as coat of arms a red number 3 whose lower end transitions into a black line and finally forms the contour of a helicopter in flight, in front of a white mountain, blue sky and gray ground. A former Lufttransport Staffel 3 badge was round with a blue background down with two white mountain peaks to be seen, also with white circle who indicated radius of the rotor and the radius of the tailrotor. A white line formed the number 3 with the rotor and the bow of the red helicopter hull.
The Lufttransport Staffel 5 is a transport squadron of the Swiss Air Force. The homebase of the Lufttransport Staffel 5 is the Payerne Air Base. The Lufttransport Staffel 5 is part of the Lufttransportgeschwader 1 together with the Lufttransport Staffel 1. The coat of arms of the Lufttransport Staffel 1 is a side view of a green grasshopper in front of a white circular ground, which shows the white number 5 on one of its wings. The camouflage version of the coat of arms shows the same image, but in dark green shades.
The Lufttransport Staffel 6 is a transport squadron of the Swiss Air Force. The pilots associated with it are part of the Berufsfliegerkorps. A third of the pilots are militia pilots employed by civilian employers. The Lufttransport Staffel 6 together with the Lufttransport Staffel 8 is part of the Lufttransport Geschwader 2, which belongs to the Flugplatzkommando 2 at Alpnach Air Base.
The Lufttransport Staffel 7 is a militia transport squadron of the Swiss Air Force. The LT St 7 belongs to the Flugplatzkommando 7. It is stationed on the Militärflugplatz Emmen. As coat of arms, the Lufttransport Staffel 7 wears a dark blue side view of a Pilatus PC-6 next to the two parachute jumpers in the free fall in front of the yellow letter LT and the word Staffel and two lines forming a 7 with blue background and a yellow circle. There is also a camouflage version, which has a dark green background, the LT Letters, the word Staffel and the double 7 are white, the side contour of the PC-6 is also by white. Previously the LT Staffel7 had a coat of arms showing a Globi on a red / white parachute against a light blue background and the black inscription: Lufttransport 7 Staffel / Kompanie.

The Lufttransport Staffel 8 is, together with the Lufttransport Staffel 6, part of the Lufttransport Geschwader 2, which belongs to the Flugplatzkommando 2 at Alpnach Air Base. The home base of the Lufttransport Staffel 8 is the Alpnach Air Base. The Lufttransport Staffel 8 carries as coat of arms an oval badge with two light blue symbols in helicopter shape that strongly remind the side view of the Alouette III flying offset so that the two white rotor circles form an oblique 8 in front of an oval dark blue background. The camouflage of the coat of arms shows the same picture, but in dark green / light brown colors.
The Militär-Helikopter-Rettungsdienst (MHR) was a helicopter unit of the Swiss Air Force, and belonged to the Überwachungsgeschwader. It had professional military pilots and militia part-time pilots. Its main task was to provide air medical services for the Swiss military. At the time of its dissolution the MHR was based at Dübendorf Air Base.
