Lughman Persian : لغمان is a village in Khwahan Badakhshan Province in north-eastern Afghanistan. [1]

The district was historically part of the Darwaz principality, a semi-independent statelet ruled by a mir.

This is district borders with the Afghan Nusay and Kuf Ab as well as Darvoz District district and Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Province in  Tajikistan.
