Luke Thomas Baldauf (also spelled Bauldauf, born January 2, 1969) is a windsurfer who represented the United States Virgin Islands. He competed in the Division II event at the 1988 Summer Olympics. [1]

The second round of Chinese character simplification, according to the official document, Second Chinese Character Simplification Scheme (Draft) to introduce a second round of simplified Chinese characters, was an aborted orthography reform promulgated on 20 December 1977 by the People's Republic of China (PRC).
