Lydell Maurice Carr [1] (born May 27, 1965) [2] is an American former professional football running back in the National Football League (NFL) who played for the Phoenix Cardinals. He was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round of the 1988 NFL draft. [3] He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners. [4] [5] [6] He also played in the World League of American Football (WLAF) for the Barcelona Dragons and Ohio Glory. Carr was born and grew up in Enid, Oklahoma. [2] He played football for Enid High School, graduating in 1984. [1] Enid is scheduled to name a street Lydell Carr Drive to honor him in 2024. [7]

He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners, and was twice recognized as a consensus All-American. The Detroit Lions chose him in the second round of the 2004 NFL draft, and he also played for the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars of the NFL, and the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League (UFL).

Tony Lydell "Alligator" Bennett is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels. He was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the first round of the 1990 NFL draft. He finished his professional career with the Indianapolis Colts. Bennett is the uncle of former NFL running back Michael Bennett.

Roy Lee Williams, is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL) for nine seasons. He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners, earning unanimous All-American honors. He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys eighth overall in the 2002 NFL draft, and played professionally for the Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals. He earned five straight Pro Bowl selections from 2003 to 2007. Williams was considered by some to be one of the most violent hitters in football during his playing career, and sometimes received criticism for his perceived “dirty” play-style. Williams is currently a sideline reporter for Oklahoma football games.

Jason Daks Belser is a former American football defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners. He played high school football at Raytown South High School in Raytown, Missouri. He is currently the head football coach at Freedom High School in South Riding, Virginia. He was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the eighth round of the 1992 NFL draft.

Joe Dan Washington Jr is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for the San Diego Chargers, Baltimore Colts, Washington Redskins, and Atlanta Falcons.

Steven Edward Sewell, is an American former professional football player who was a running back for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners. Sewell was selected by the Broncos in the first round of the 1985 NFL draft. He played his entire NFL career for the Broncos from 1985 to 1991, making Super Bowl appearances in Super Bowl XXI, XXII and XXIV. Sewell finished his seven seasons with 917 rushing yards, 187 receptions for 2,354 yards, and 26 total touchdowns. Sewell became the head football coach at Overland High School in Aurora, Colorado.

Rickey Dixon was an American professional football safety who played in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners, where he won the Jim Thorpe Award in 1987. Dixon was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the first round of the 1988 NFL draft with the fifth overall pick. He played five seasons with the Bengals and one for the Los Angeles Raiders.
