M. Govardhana Rao was an Indian politician,freedom fighter and former member of Karnataka legislative Council. [1] [2] He was a fighter in the struggle for freedom and was detained in jail at Mercara during the 1920-22 movement. [3] After independence,he was in charge of publicity and propaganda of the K.P.C.C. and D.C.C. [4]
Bailhongal is a Taluk in Belagavi District of Karnataka state in southern India. Bailhongal Taluk is located towards the north-east part of Belagavi.
