M. Rony Francois is an American doctor,health administrator,and academic professor. He is currently the Director of the Georgia Division of Public Health. [1] He previously served as Secretary of the Florida Department of Health under then Florida Governor Jeb Bush from 2005 to 2007. [2] [3] [4]
Francois is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida and the University of South Florida. He earned his bachelor's degree and master's degree from UCF,where he was also a star on the Knights soccer team,and he graduated with his medical degree from South Florida in 1994. [5]

Antonia Coello Novello,M.D.,is a Puerto Rican physician and public health administrator. She was a vice admiral in the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and served as 14th Surgeon General of the United States from 1990 to 1993. Novello was the first woman and first Hispanic to serve as Surgeon General. Novello also served as Commissioner of Health for the State of New York from 1999 to 2006. Novello has received numerous awards including more than fifty honorary degrees,was elected to the National Academy of Medicine in 2000,and has been inducted into the National Women's Hall of Fame.

Paul Lewis Joskow is an American economist and professor. He became President of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation on January 1,2008. He is also the Elizabeth and James Killian Professor of Economics,Emeritus at MIT. He has served on the MIT faculty since 1972. From 1994 through 1998 he was Head of the MIT Department of Economics. From 1999 through 2007 he was the Director of the MIT Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research. Since rejoining in 2018 from his 1988-2007 term,Professor Joskow is Research Associate on the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER).
