MVE Management (formerly known as Margravine Management) is a talent management company founded in 2018 by Joe Sugg and Caspar Lee in partnership with IMG. [1] [2] [3] The company was originally headquartered in London, England, and expanded to the United States in 2023. [4]

History

MVE is a joint venture with IMG and influencers Joe Sugg and Caspar Lee. [1] It was founded in 2018 under the name Margravine Management, as Sugg and Lee expressed interest in pivoting from content creation to the entertainment business. [5] It was cited to be the first company to offer talent led support in the influencer industry. [3]

In October 2019 they signed the family vlogger and musician LadBaby. [6] In September 2022 Dean Ondrus Coulson and Claudia Parrinello were appointed to oversee US operations before taking a global role from Jan 2023. In 2023, they rebranded as MVE, and opened an office in Los Angeles, California to acquire talent in the United States. [4] In July 2024, Minnie Harding was hired as UK Talent Boss, formerly at Simon Cowell's agency, YMU. [7]

Daniel Jonathan Porter is an American Internet entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Overtime, a digital sports media company that is geared towards Generation Z sports fans. He was previously the Head of Digital at William Morris Endeavor, the former CEO of OMGPOP and the creator of the Draw Something mobile game. Following the sale of OMGPOP to Zynga, he was the GM of Zynga New York for one year. He also served as the first president of Teach For America.

Fullscreen, Inc. was an American entertainment company which offered software tools, services, and consultation to social media content creators and brands. It was an original multi-channel network on YouTube. It was fully acquired for $845M in 2018 by AT&T-owned Otter Media, which is now a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery.
