The Norway men's national basketball team represents Norway in international basketball tournaments. The national team is administered by the Norwegian Basketball Federation.
The Basketball Federation of Yugoslavia was a non-profit organization and the national sports governing body for basketball in Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Until 1991, the organization has represented SFR Yugoslavia in FIBA and the men's and women's national basketball teams in the Yugoslav Olympic Committee.

It is the third most important national title in Macedonian basketball after the Macedonian First League and Macedonian Basketball Cup. Currently, MZT Skopje Aerodrom holds the record for most titles won with 6, and Rabotnički and Nikol Fert with 2.
ŽRK Kumanovo is a women's handball club from Kumanovo in North Macedonia. ŽRK Kumanovo competes in the Super Liga. They have won the Macedonian cup title in 2019. Next year they won the Macedonian Championship 2020.
ŽRK Pelister 2012 is a Macedonian women's handball club from Bitola, North Macedonia. The team was rebuilt after 15 years in 2014-15 season. The team currently competes in the Macedonian women's First League of Handball. ŽRK Pelister 2012 has participated twice in the EHF Challenge Cup.

The 2000 European Promotion Cup for Women was the sixth edition of the basketball European Promotion Cup for Women, today known as FIBA Women's European Championship for Small Countries. The tournament took place in Ohrid, Republic of Macedonia, from 14 to 18 June 2000. Macedonia women's national basketball team won the tournament for the first time.
