Thakur Kesari Singh Barhath was a prominent Indian revolutionary leader, freedom fighter, and educationist from the state of Rajasthan. He was the patriarch of the Barhath family, members of which actively participated in anti-British activities including his son Kunwar Pratap Singh Barhath and his brother Thakur Zorawar Singh Barhath. In the Sawan month of Hindu calendar people around the village come here to do Jalabhishek on the Shivling of the temple on every Sombari for fulfillment of their wishes.
