Mahmoud Tarha (born 1 April 1962) is a Lebanese weightlifter. He competed in the men's flyweight event at the 1984 Summer Olympics. [1]

In 2016, Abdelrahman retroactively became the first Egyptian woman to win an Olympic medal when the original gold, silver, and bronze medal winners were disqualified due to doping.
