Manic Eden were a short-lived hard rock band consisting of former members of Whitesnake and Little Caesar.
Following David Coverdale's decision to place Whitesnake on indefinite hiatus in the early 1990s, former Whitesnake members Adrian Vandenberg, Rudy Sarzo, and Tommy Aldridge elected to form a new band together. Lead vocalist James Christian of House of Lords was recruited to round out the new band; Christian, however, was fired after a short time and replaced by former Little Caesar vocalist Ron Young. No material was recorded during the time Christian was in the band.
The band released one self-titled album on 24 March 1994.

Mascot Label Group announced that the album would be released worldwide on CD, vinyl, and streaming for the first time upcoming on 12 April 2024, celebrating the album’s 30th anniversary release.
Whitesnake are an English hard rock band formed in London in 1978. The group was originally put together as the backing band for singer David Coverdale, who had recently left Deep Purple. Though the band quickly developed into their own entity, Coverdale is the only constant member throughout their history.

Vivian Patrick Campbell is a Northern Irish guitarist. He came to prominence in the early 1980s as a member of Dio and has been a member of Def Leppard since 1992. Campbell has also worked with Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake, Sweet Savage, Trinity, Riverdogs and Shadow King.
Rodolfo Maximiliano Sarzo Lavieille Grande Ruiz Payret y Chaumont is a Cuban American hard rock/heavy metal bassist. He remains best known for his work with Quiet Riot, Ozzy Osbourne, and Whitesnake, and has also played with several well known heavy metal and hard rock acts including Manic Eden, Dio, Blue Öyster Cult, Geoff Tate's Queensrÿche, Devil City Angels, and the Guess Who. He re-joined Quiet Riot in 2021. Though not a founding member, he is the longest-serving member currently in the band.

The limited "special collector's" edition which was previously released on 7 February 2006 includes a bonus live album CD with ten selected songs from the same show.
The Speak of the Devil Tour was the third solo tour by English heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne, in support of his first live album, Speak of the Devil, taking place from December 1982 to May 1983. The tour included two European legs, one North American leg, and a final show at the 1983 US Festival. The personnel in Osbourne's band changed several times during the tour.
