Mannar Divisional Secretariat is a Divisional Secretariat of Mannar District, of Northern Province, Sri Lanka.

The Gulf of Mannar is a large shallow bay forming part of the Laccadive Sea in the Indian Ocean with an average depth of 5.8 m (19 ft).
