Maurya again contested the legislative assembly elections in 2022 from Sirathu Assembly constituency,losing to Pallavi Patel of Samajwadi Party. However,he was given a second term as Deputy CM in the second Yogi Adityanath government.
Krishan Pal Gurjar is an Indian politician and is the present Minister of State of Power and Heavy Industries. As a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha,he represents the Faridabad constituency in the state of Haryana. He won this seat in the 2014 Indian general election as a BJP candidate by a margin of 4,66,873 votes and he won election with margin of over 6 lakh in 2019 from Faridabad constituency. In August 2014 he also inaugurated Manjhawli bridge which is his dream project. In March 2024,he was re-fielded as the BJP candidate for the Faridabad constituency in the 2024 General Elections.

Elections to the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir from 18 September to 1 October 2024 in 3 phases to elect its 90 members. The results of the elections were announced on 8 October 2024. The INDIA alliance,consisting of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC),the Indian National Congress (INC) and the Communist Party of India (Marxist),won a majority of seats in the election,winning 49 of the 90 seats for which elections were held,with the JKNC winning the highest number of seats. A General assembly election is scheduled to be held in Maharashtra on 20 November 2024 to elect the 288 members of the 15th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly,the counting and the results will be declared on 23 November 2024.
The 2024 Haryana Legislative Assembly elections were held in Haryana on 5 October 2024 to elect all 90 members of the Haryana Legislative Assembly.
The 2024 Indian general election was held in West Bengal in seven phases between 19 April and 1 June 2024 to elect 42 members of the 18th Lok Sabha. The result of the election was announced on 4 June 2024.
