Kuala Lumpur Sentral or Station Sentral Kuala Lumpur is a transit-oriented development that houses the main railway station of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Opened on 16 April 2001, KL Sentral replaced the old Kuala Lumpur railway station as the city's main intercity railway station. KL Sentral is the largest railway station in Malaysia.
Trinity Metro is a transit agency located in and serving the city of Fort Worth, Texas and its suburbs in surrounding Tarrant County, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Since 1983, it was known as the Fort Worth Transportation Authority. As of January 29, 2018 the Board of Directors has voted to rebrand bus services as Trinity Metro, replacing the previous and long standing name.
North York City Centre is a central business district in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in the district of North York. It is located along Yonge Street, between just south of Sheppard Avenue northward to Finch Avenue with its focus around Mel Lastman Square, a civic square, and spreads eastwards and westwards a few blocks, generally as far as Doris Avenue and Beecroft Road. The district is a high-density district of condominium and office towers with ground-floor commercial uses along the wide six lanes of Yonge Street.

Bramalea (Bram-uh-lee) is a neighbourhood in the City of Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Bramalea was created as an innovative "new town", and developed as a separate community from the city. Located in the former Chinguacousy Township, it was Canada's first satellite community developed by one of the country's largest real estate developers, Bramalea Consolidated Developments, formerly known as Brampton Leasing.
Meadowvale is a large suburban district located in the northwestern part of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, just west of Toronto. In the 19th and early 20th centuries, Meadowvale Village in Toronto Township was established nearby and named for the meadows along the Credit River. By the 1970s the village would diminish with the current area to the west selected to be the site of a "new town" for the newly (1974) incorporated City of Mississauga and took the Meadowvale name, while "Village" was added to the historic community. This newer section comprises the bulk of the district today, and includes Lisgar, another former hamlet of which no trace remains today.

While Novena is not classified as a "new town" by the Housing and Development Board (HDB), the estate of Whampoa within the subzone of Balestier constitutes part of the Kallang/Whampoa New Town.

Resurgo Place in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada is the new home of the Moncton Museum, the Transportation Discovery Centre and also houses the main Moncton Visitor Information Centre. It is located at 20 Mountain Road in downtown Moncton. After an extensive consultation process with community stakeholders and school children, the new name, Resurgo Place and a new logo was unveiled in March 2013. The name Resurgo which means “I rise again” is Latin and is the first motto (1890) of the City of Moncton.
