Marco John (born 2 April 2002) is a German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim. [2]

Career

John made his professional debut for TSG Hoffenheim in the UEFA Europa League on 3 December 2020, starting in the home match against Serbian SuperLiga side Red Star Belgrade. [3]

On 26 August 2022, John moved to Greuther Fürth on a season-long loan. [4]

Rainer Widmayer is a German football manager and former player. During his playing career, he played mostly in the lower divisions, except his final season, during which he played in the 2. Bundesliga for SSV Ulm. As manager, he has been assistant manager of Swiss clubs FC St. Gallen and Grasshopper Club Zürich. In Germany, he assistant managed Hertha BSC and the reserves and professional squad of VfB Stuttgart.
