Marco Rente (born 25 February 1997) is a German professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Dutch Eredivisie club Groningen. [2]

Rente made his professional debut for Heracles Almelo in the Eredivisie on 27 September 2020, starting in the home match against PSV Eindhoven. [3]

On 9 June 2023, Rente signed a four-year contract with Groningen. [4]
