Mardaani 3 is an upcoming 2026 Indian Hindi language crime thriller film written by Aayush Gupta, directed by Abhiraj Minawala, and produced by Aditya Chopra with Yash Raj Films being the production company. [1] The film casts Rani Mukerji, [2] Janki Bodiwala, [3] among others who are yet to be confirmed in the casting.

As a sequel to the 2019 Mardaani 2 film, the film was announced on 13 December 2024; filming subsequently began in April 2025. The film is currently set to release on 27 February 2026. [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9]

Production

On 13 December 2024, Yash Raj Films announced the development of Mardaani 3 with Aayush Gupta being the writer and Abhiraj Minawala being the director. Filming began around April 2025, [10] taking place in Mumbai and Delhi, India. [11] [12] [13] The film is set to release on 27 February 2026. [3] [6]
