Mario Mutsch (born 3 September 1984) is a former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Born in Belgium, he played for the Luxembourg national team.
Born in St. Vith, Mutsch started his career at Belgian lower leagues sides Spa and Kelmis (La Calamine) before heading to Germany to play for the Alemannia Aachen reserve team. In summer 2007 he joined Swiss Super League FC Aarau on the suggestion of his former national team coach Jeff Saibene, who was assistant manager at FC Aarau.
On 16 July 2009, it was announced that Mutsch had signed for French Ligue 2 side FC Metz on a free transfer. [1] In 2011, he joined Swiss side FC Sion for only one season and in 2012 he moved on to FC St. Gallen. [2]
Mutsch made his debut for Luxembourg in an October 2005 World Cup qualification match against Russia and by June 2019 he had earned 102 caps, scoring four goals. [3] He has played in 11 FIFA World Cup qualification matches. [4]
Mutsch retired from both club and international football after his Luxembourg record 102nd international appearance, against Madagascar on 2 June 2019. [5]
Mutsch was born and raised in the German speaking Community of Belgium. His father is a Luxembourger who grew up in Eastern Belgium, his mother is a Belgian. [6]

Franz Burgmeier is a Liechtenstein former professional footballer, who played as a midfielder. Born in Triesen, Burgmeier was a burgeoning footballer and keen skier, until he gave up the latter sport at 16 following a serious injury. Having been a youth player for Triesen, he started his professional career with Vaduz. Burgmeier won several Liechtensteiner Cups with Vaduz, who were promoted to the Swiss Challenge League in 2001, and played in the UEFA Cup. After two unsuccessful attempts to win promotion to the Swiss Super League, Burgmeier left for Aarau in 2005. He spent only one season with Aarau before a move to the previous season's runners-up Basel in 2006. His two seasons with Basel were broken up by a loan spell with Thun, before he moved to England with Darlington in August 2008, where he played for one year.

Shkëlzen Taib Gashi is a retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder and forward. He is best known for his time with Grasshopper Club Zürich and FC Basel. With Grasshopper he won the 2012–13 Swiss Cup and he was Swiss champion in the 2014–15 season with Basel. Born in Switzerland, he represented the Albania national team.
