Mark Allen Slaughter (born July 4, 1964) is an American singer and musician, and one of the founders of the glam metal band Slaughter.
Slaughter was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 4, 1964. Before the formation of Slaughter, he fronted Xcursion, a Las Vegas-based metal band that released two albums and appeared on three compilation albums from 1981-86. [2] He later replaced Robert Fleischman in Vinnie Vincent Invasion. After the band disbanded in the late 1980s, Slaughter and Dana Strum formed the group Slaughter. [3]
Slaughter sold more than five million records in the 1990s.[ citation needed ] The group had four Top 30 hits on the Billboard charts with tunes such as "Fly to the Angels" and "Up All Night", [4] and toured with bands such as Kiss, Poison, Ozzy Osbourne and Damn Yankees. [3]
Slaughter actively participates in charity work with St. Jude Children's Hospital. [5] [6]
In January 2015, Slaughter digitally released a solo album titled Reflections in a Rear View Mirror. The album was released worldwide and became available in CD format on May 22, 2015.
In May 2017, Slaughter's second solo record, Halfway There, was released via EMP Label Group.
In April 2017, Slaughter announced that he had signed to EMP Label Group, and would release his second solo album Halfway There in May of that year. [7]

Pantera is an American heavy metal band from Arlington, Texas, formed in 1981 by the Abbott brothers, and currently composed of vocalist Phil Anselmo, bassist Rex Brown, and touring musicians Zakk Wylde and Charlie Benante. The group's best-known lineup consisted of the Abbott brothers along with Brown and Anselmo, who joined in 1982 and 1986, respectively. The band is credited for developing and popularizing the subgenre of groove metal in the 1990s. Vincent Neil Wharton is an American musician. He is the lead vocalist of heavy metal band Mötley Crüe, which he fronted from their 1981 formation until his departure in 1992. Neil reunited with the band in 1996 and continued with them until the band's 2015 retirement, and again from the band's 2018 reunion onwards. Outside of Mötley Crüe, Neil has also released three studio albums as a solo artist – the most recent of which, Tattoos & Tequila, was released in 2010.

Vincent John Cusano, better known by his stage name Vinnie Vincent, is an American guitarist. He is a former member of the rock band Kiss from 1982 until mid-1984 during the band's transition out of their 1973–1983 makeup period. Vincent was the last member to wear a unique makeup/costume configuration, as the character of The Ankh Warrior, until he and the band were first shown without the makeup during an interview on MTV in September 1983. He founded his own band, Vinnie Vincent Invasion, which had minor hits in the hair metal genre.

Creatures of the Night is the tenth studio album by American rock band Kiss, released in 1982. It was the band's last for Casablanca Records, the only label for which Kiss had recorded up to that point. The album was dedicated to the memory of Casablanca founder and early Kiss supporter Neil Bogart, who had died of cancer during the recording sessions. It is also the band's last album recorded with Ace Frehley credited as an official member and their first album with Vinnie Vincent, as the initially uncredited lead guitarist. Vincent would later be credited but not featured on the cover of the 1985 reissue of the album. It was also Kiss' last album to feature the band with their trademark makeup until the release of Psycho Circus in 1998.

Nitro was an American heavy metal band from Hollywood, California. Formed in 1988, the group originally featured vocalist Jim Gillette, guitarist Michael Angelo Batio, bassist T. J. Racer and drummer Bobby Rock. Nitro released its debut album O.F.R. in 1989, which reached number 140 on the US Billboard 200. Rock was replaced by K. C. Comet for the album's tour and Racer would leave the band thereafter. Nitro II: H.W.D.W.S., released in 1992, featured Ralph Carter on bass and Johnny Thunder on drums. The group broke up in 1993, with a number of previously unreleased demo recordings issued on the 1999 album Gunnin' for Glory.

All Systems Go is the second studio album by American glam metal band Vinnie Vincent Invasion, released on May 17, 1988. All Systems Go featured new vocalist Mark Slaughter, who replaced Robert Fleischman. The band toured in support for this album, headlining small clubs, but broke up after the completion of the tour at the end of August 1988. The album features Yngwie Malmsteen's vocalist Jeff Scott Soto on backing vocals. This would be the last studio album from the Vinnie Vincent Invasion for more than three decades, until the release of their upcoming third album Judgment Day .
