Markus Braun (born 15 July 1959) is a Swiss handball player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1984 Summer Olympics. [1]

Maria "Marie" Johanna Philipsen-Braun, also known as Zus Braun, was a Dutch swimmer. She competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam and in 1932 in Los Angeles, winning a gold medal in the 100 m backstroke and a silver in the 400 m freestyle in 1928. She failed to reach the finals of these events at the 1932 Games due to a sudden illness during the preliminary heats. During her career Braun set six world and 25 national records.

Georg Gustaf Wilhelm von Braun was a Swedish horse rider who competed in the 1920 and 1924 Summer Olympics. In 1920 he and his horse Diana finished eighth in the individual eventing competition and won a gold medal with the Swedish eventing team. Four years later he finished 19th in the individual jumping and was a member of the gold medal-winning Swedish team. He did not receive any medal for that at the time, but is listed as a gold medalist for that too on IOC's site.
József Braun was a Hungarian Olympic footballer who played as a half back. Braun began his career in Hungary before finishing it in the American Soccer League. He earned 27 caps, scoring 11 goals, with the Hungarian national team. After retiring from playing, he coached for several years. Braun was killed in 1943 in a Nazi forced labor camp.
