Mars Hill University is a private university in Mars Hill, North Carolina. The university offers 35 undergraduate majors and includes a school of nursing and graduate schools in education, criminal justice, and management. In 2007, Indian Hill High School was ranked 48th in the nation in U.S. News and World Report Top 100 High Schools, placing it ahead of Walnut Hills High School and Wyoming High School as the top public high school in the Tri-State area, though Wyoming High School overtook Indian Hill once again in the most recent state rankings. St. Ursula Academy, located in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, is a Catholic college-preparatory high school for young women that offers an intensive four-year program in the fields of English, mathematics, science, social studies, French, Spanish, Latin, and religion. An entrance test is required of all prospective freshmen students. Academic scholarships are also based on the results of this test. The school's Educational Services Program (ESP) assists girls with learning disabilities.

Geneva Academy is a private classical Christian school located in Lincoln, Delaware. The school was founded in 2007 by a group of homeschool parents, taking inspiration from Dorothy Sayers essay "The Lost Tools of Learning," as well as Douglas Wilson's books, Recovering the Lost Tools of Learning and The Case for Classical Christian Education. Geneva Academy follows a traditional education pattern called the Trivium. This pattern consists of three successive stages: grammar, logic (dialectic), and rhetoric. Geneva Academy was a member of Association of Classical and Christian Schools but, as of September 2020, is no longer a member.
