Cato Guntveit is a retired Norwegian footballer who played for SK Brann the most of his career. He was the captain of Brann from 2004 until Brann coach Mons Ivar Mjelde decided Martin Andresen should take over the captaincy prior to the 2006 season. Guntveit played briefly for local club Fana before joining Brann in 1995. He also spent two seasons at Aberdeen, but played in Brann from 2002 to 2010. Guntveit is married and has three children. One of the few "local lads" in Brann, he owns and works in a toyshop in Bergen. He retired from football in after the 2010 season.

The 2014 Tippeligaen was the 70th completed season of top division football in Norway. The competition began on 28 March 2014, two weeks later than in the previous season. A three-week summer-break in June was scheduled due to the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and the decisive match was played on 9 November 2014. Strømsgodset were the defending champions. Bodø/Glimt and Stabæk joined as the promoted clubs from the 2013 1. divisjon. They replaced Tromsø and Hønefoss who were relegated to the 2014 1. divisjon.

Burleigh Martin was an American politician from Maine. A Republican from Augusta, Maine, Martin served in the Maine Legislature from his election in 1922 until 1932. From 1923–1928, Martin served in the Maine House of Representatives. From 1927–1928, Martin was the House Speaker. Elected to the Maine Senate in 1928, Martin served until 1932. During his final term (1931–1932), Martin was elected Senate President.

The 1932 Maine gubernatorial election took place on September 12, 1932. Incumbent Republican Governor William Tudor Gardiner did not seek re-election. Democratic candidate Louis J. Brann defeated Republican candidate Burleigh Martin. Brann was the first Democrat elected Governor of Maine since Oakley C. Curtis in 1914.
