The Supreme Court of Uganda is the highest judicial organ in Uganda. It derives its powers from Article 130 of the 1995 Constitution. It is primarily an appellate court with original jurisdiction in only one type of case:a presidential election petition.
Laetitia Eulalia Mary Mukasa Kikonyogo,was a Ugandan lawyer and judge. Prior to her retirement from the bench,she was a member of the Court of Appeal of Uganda,which also doubles as Uganda's Constitutional Court. While there,she served at the rank of Deputy Chief Justice of Uganda. Her first name is sometimes spelled as Leticia or as Letitia.

Olive Kazaarwe Mukwaya,is a Ugandan lawyer and judge who,serves as the Commission Secretary of the presidential Commission of Inquiry into Land Matters in Uganda,established by president Yoweri Museveni in December 2016. Immediately prior to her appointment to this commission,she served as a Registrar,in the Planning and Development Division of the Judiciary of Uganda. There she oversaw the implementation of a multi-million dollar "Good Governance Project",funded by a donation from DANIDA,to the Government of Uganda.
Elizabeth Mpagi Bahigeine,also Elizabeth Mpagi-Bahigeine,is a Ugandan lawyer and judge who,served as the Deputy Chief Justice of Uganda from 2010 until her retirement in 2012. Immediately prior to her appointment as deputy chief justice,she was a Justice of the Court of Appeal of Uganda,which also serves as the Constitutional Court of Uganda.
Solome Balungi Bossa is a Ugandan judge on the International Criminal Court (ICC). Prior to her election to the ICC,she was a member of the Court of Appeal in Uganda,which also doubles as the Constitutional Court in the Judiciary of Uganda. She was elected to a nine-year term on 5 December 2017 and was sworn in on 9 March 2018. Previously she was appointed to a six-year term on the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights in 2014.
The Court of Appeal of Uganda is the second-highest judicial organ in Uganda. It derives its powers from Article 134 of the 1995 Constitution. It is an appellate court when hearing cases appealed from the High Court of Uganda. However,it has original jurisdiction when adjudicating matters relating to the constitutionality of matters before it. All judgments by the Court of Appeal are theoretically appealable to the Supreme Court of Uganda,if the Supreme Court decides to hear the appeal.

He was appointed to the court of appeal on 8 February 2018.
