Career

After several years at Fortuna Düsseldorf, Alemannia Aachen, Hallescher FC and Wehen Wiesbaden, Ajani joined MSV Duisburg for the 2021–22 season. [2] In May 2023, it was announced that he would leave Duisburg after the 2022–23 season. [3]

On 17 August 2023, Ajani returned to Hallescher FC. [4]

Ajani signed with Regionalliga Nord club FC Teutonia Ottensen in July 2024. [5]
