Sai ua is a grilled pork sausage from northern Thailand, northeastern Myanmar and northern Laos. In Thailand, it is also known as northern Thai sausage or Chiang Mai sausage that is a standard food of the northern provinces and has become very popular in the rest of Thailand as well. Its name in Thai and Lao comes from sai (intestine) and from ua. In Shan State, Myanmar, this sausage is known as sai long phik. In Laos, sai ua is an ancient word for a Lao sausage type that originated from Luang Prabang, an ancient royal capital located in the northern part of the country. Sai ua was listed in a collection of favorite dishes for the former Lao royal family written by Phia Sing (1898-1967), the king's personal chef and master of ceremonies and today is one of several popular traditional Lao dishes.

MasterChef Junior Thailand Season 2 is a reality cooking competition. It premiered on September 22, 2019, on Channel 7, accepting applications for contestants aged 8–13 years. M.L. Pasan Svastivatana, M.L. Kwantip Devakula and Pongtawat Chalermkittichai all returned as judges in this season. Piyathida Mittiraroch also returned as the host.

MasterChef Thailand All-Stars is a cooking game show, spun off from MasterChef Thailand. It originally aired on February 2, 2020 on Channel 7, with contestants from previous seasons competing. Hosted by Piyathida Mittiraroch and the committee is Pasan Svastivatana, Kwantip Devakula and Pongtawat Chalermkittichai

MasterChef Celebrity Thailand is the Thai version of the competitive reality TV series MasterChef which premiered on Channel 7 on November 1, 2020.
