Matt Sherratt is an English professional rugby union coach. He is currently the head coach of Cardiff Rugby who play in the United Rugby Championship competition. [1] He had previously been backs coach at the Ospreys [2] and Cardiff Blues. [3] During the 2019–20 Pro14 he took over from Allen Clarke as head coach of the Ospreys on an interim basis alongside Carl Hogg. [4] Previously he had worked in England at Worcester Warriors and Bristol Bears, while he also worked for the Rugby Football Union. [5] [6]

The Ospreys, formerly the Neath–Swansea Ospreys is one of the four professional rugby union teams from Wales. They compete in the United Rugby Championship and the European Rugby Champions Cup.
