Mattias Hugosson (born 24 January 1974) is a Swedish former footballer who played as a goalkeeper.

Career

He came to Gefle IF in 1998 from Forsbacka IK. In 2004, he had the highest save percentage in Superettan as his team were promoted to Allsvenskan. [1] During the 2011 Allsvenskan he kept a clean sheet for 699 minutes straight, the fourth longest time in league history. [2] [3] Hugosson played every single minute of the club's first 228 games in Allsvenskan after Gefle IF was promoted. He finally missed out on playing in the first round of 2013 due to fever. [4] On 6 August 2014, he made a comeback as third-choice goalkeeper in IFK Göteborg. [5] Signed in May 2016 by his longtime former team, Gefle IF as an emergency back-up when first choice Andreas Andersson suffered a serious knee injury. [6]

The 2014 Allsvenskan, part of the 2014 Swedish football season, was the 90th season of Allsvenskan since its establishment in 1924. The 2014 fixtures were released on 20 December 2013. The season started on 30 March 2014 and concluded on 1 November 2014. Malmö FF were the defending champions from the 2013 season.

The 2015 season was IFK Göteborg's 110th in existence, their 83rd season in Allsvenskan and their 39th consecutive season in the league. They competed in Allsvenskan where they finished second for the second season in a row, Svenska Cupen where they won the competition, Svenska Supercupen where they finished as runners-up and in qualification for the UEFA Europa League where they were knocked out in the third qualifying round. IFK Göteborg also participated in one competition in which the club continued playing in for the 2016 season, 2015–16 Svenska Cupen. The season started on 2 April 2016 and ended in November 2016.

Thomas Eric Ivar Wernersson, better known as Thomas Wernerson, is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Starting off his career with Åtvidabergs FF in the mid-1970s, he is best remembered for his time with IFK Göteborg between 1981 and 1987 with which he won two UEFA Cup titles and four Swedish Championships. A full international between 1979 and 1985, he won nine caps for the Sweden national team.
