Para Para or Para-Para is a synchronized dance that originated in Japan. Unlike most types of club and rave dancing, Para Para features specific synchronized movements for each song, much like line dancing. Para Para has been around since the early 1980s, when European countries started selling Italo disco and Eurodisco and, in the mid-to late 1970s, new wave and synthpop music in Japan. However, the dance did not achieve much popularity outside Japan until the late 1990s.
Eurobeat refers to two styles of dance music that originated in Europe: one is a British variant of Italian Eurodisco-influenced dance-pop, and the other is a hi-NRG-driven form of Italo disco. Both forms were developed in the 1980s.

Velfarre was the self-professed "largest disco in Asia" with a capacity of 1,500 people, with three floors above ground and three floors below; owned by Tetsuya Komuro and Avex Trax. Velfarre was known for Trance, Eurobeat, Techno, Para Para, and Disco related events. Velfarre held concerts for Avex Trax artists, and was able to be rented for private events.

He is the founder and owner of the dance music record label SinclaireStyle and one of the three co-founders of Delta, one of the most known Eurobeat record labels.

Elena Ferretti, better known as Sophie or Rose, is an Italian Eurobeat and Italo disco singer. She has performed and recorded for many record labels, under many aliases. Her music was produced by various well-known Italian producers, namely Giacomo Maiolini, Mauro Farina, Sergio Dall'Ora and Giancarlo Pasquini. She often collaborated with Clara Moroni, who wrote many of her compositions. Moroni also did most of the backing vocals/choirs for Ferretti's songs for Time Records. Together with Moroni, she was a member of the duo Gipsy & Queen. In 2011, she recorded and released an Italian folk song entitled "Io Libera". Among her best known hits is the song "My World".

The song itself is a cover of the Eurobeat classic, previously recorded in English by the Italian artist Niko in 1999 and composed by Bratt Sinclaire, which also appeared in the popular anime and manga series, Initial D. The single reached #20 on the weekly Oricon charts in 2000. A promotional video for the single was released on the DAYDREAM DVD and VHS. Dream's version features Japanese lyrics by group member Mai Matsumuro. The single was simultaneously released on the same day as the Super Eurobeat Presents Euro Dream Land album.
"Blood on Fire" is the debut single by Japanese pop group AAA. The song was written by Osamu Sasaki and Mitsuhiro Hidaka, and produced by Max Matsuura. The single was released in Japan on September 14, 2005, under Avex Trax in two editions: a CD-only edition, and a CD and DVD edition. "Blood on Fire" debuted at number nine on the weekly Oricon singles chart. The single charted for 19 weeks and went on to sell over 46,000 copies in Japan.
