Cranberry Lake is a lake on the east branch of the Oswegatchie River in the Adirondack Park in New York in the United States. It is the third largest lake in the Adirondack Park. About 75 percent of the shoreline is owned by State of New York; the 118,000-acre (480 km2) Five Ponds Wilderness Area abuts its south shore, and the Cranberry Lake Wild Forest covers much of its remaining shoreline.
Lake Rondaxe is located northeast of Carter Station, New York. Fish species present in the lake are atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, brook trout, yellow perch, and black bullhead. There is a carry down launch located on the northwest corner off North Rondaxe Road.
Soft Maple Reservoir is located by Eagle Falls, New York. Fish species present in the lake are tiger muskie, white sucker, pickerel, smallmouth bass, rock bass, yellow perch, and black bullhead. There is a carry down on Soft Maple Road, on the southwest shore.
Horseshoe Pond is located by Gale, New York. The outlet creek flows north into Long Pond, then continues into Catamount Pond. Fish species present in the lake are white sucker, smallmouth bass, brook trout, rock bass, yellow perch, and black bullhead. Access on north and west shore off Massawepie Road. Permit is required from June to August from the Boy Scout camp.
Wolf Pond is located north of Stillwater, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, brown bullhead, and sunfish. There is a trail leading to the lake from Cage Lake on the east shore. No motors are allowed on Wolf Pond.
Clear Lake is located northeast of Stillwater, New York. The outflow creek flows into Witchhopple Lake. Fish species present in the lake are brown bullhead, and brook trout. Access via trail off Red Horse Trail and Salmon Lake Trail on the south shore. No motors are allowed on Clear Lake.
Olmstead Pond is located northeast of Wanakena, New York. The outflow creek flows into Six Mile Creek. Fish species present in the pond are brown bullhead, and brook trout. Access via trail from West Flow Bay of Cranberry Lake on the south shore. No motors are allowed on Olmstead Pond.
Bridge Brook Pond is located southeast of Mount Arab, New York. Fish species present in the lake are white sucker, brook trout, and black bullhead. There is trail access from the west shore of Tupper Lake.
Pine Lake is located east of Brantingham, New York. The outlet creek flows into Middle Branch. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, brown trout, black bullhead, white sucker, and sunfish. There is access to the lake via trail on its north and west shore. No motors are allowed on this lake.
Fourth Lake is a lake located by Eagle Bay, New York. Fourth Lake is part of the Fulton Chain Lakes. Fish species present in the lake are lake trout, atlantic salmon, landlocked salmon, white sucker, brook trout, rainbow trout, yellow perch, and brown trout. Hard surface ramp on Route 28, 10 miles east of Old Forge and there is a hand launch access on South Shore Road.
South Pond is a lake northeast of Big Moose, New York. The outlet creek flows into Twitchell Creek. Fish species present in the lake are brown trout, brook trout, and lake trout. There is trail access on the south shore. No motors are allowed on this lake.
West Pond is located east of Big Moose, New York. The outlet creek flows into Big Moose Lake. Fish species present in the lake are brown trout, brook trout, and brown bullhead. There is carry down access on the north shore.
Chub Lake is a lake located west of Raquette Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are black bullhead, and brook trout. There is trail access on the south and west shore from the north shore of Constable Pond. No motors are allowed on Chub Lake.
Long Pond is a lake located southeast of Sabael, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, white sucker, black bullhead, sunfish, and pickerel. Access to the pond via trail from road on the west shore. No motors are allowed on this pond.
Cedar Lake is located northwest of Sled Harbor, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, black bullhead, and white sucker. There is trail access on the north and west shores from Sled Harbor. There is also trail access to Whitney Lake. No motors are allowed on this lake.
Lizard Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains southwest of Garnet Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, and black bullhead. There is carry down trail access off Garnet Lake on the southeast shore.
Cod Pond is located west of Thurman, New York. Fish species present in the lake are pickerel, sunfish, and black bullhead. There is a trail off CR-8 on the northwest shore.
Kibby Pond is located southeast of Bakers Mills, New York. Fish species present in the lake are tiger trout, brook trout, and brown bullhead. There is a 2 mile trail off CR-8 to the west shore.
Long Pond is located east of Brant Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, tiger trout, and brown bullhead. There is a carry down trail from Padanaram Road on the south shore.
Jabe Pond is located west of Silver Bay, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, rainbow smelt, brown trout, rainbow trout, and brown bullhead. There is a carry down trail on the north shore via a dirt road from Silver Bay. No motors are allowed on this lake.
