Mazeed Omotayo Ogungbo (born 20 October 2002) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Hemel Hempstead Town on loan from EFL League Two club Barrow.

Club career

Ogungbo began his career with Arsenal, joining their academy at the age of 13, [2] and turning professional in August 2021. [3]

He joined Crawley Town on a season-long loan in August 2022. [4] [5] [6]

On 28 June 2023, Ogungbo joined EFL League Two club Barrow for an undisclosed fee, signing a two-year contract. [7] [8] [9]

In January 2025, Ogungbo joined National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town on loan for the remainder of the season. [10]

International career

Ogungbo is an Irish youth international. [11] He is also eligible to play for Nigeria. [4]
