Meagan Mercedes Harbison Felipe (born 1 April 1995) is an American-born Dominican footballer who plays as a centre back for the Dominican Republic women's national team.
Harbison was born in San Diego, California and raised in the Rancho Peñasquitos neighborhood. [2]

Harbison's mother is Dominican. She made her senior debut for the Dominican Republic on 18 February 2021 in a friendly home match against Puerto Rico. [3]
