Melina Vidler (born 20 February 1993) [1] [2] is an Australian actress, known for her role as Shay Turner in 800 Words , for which she won the Logie Award for Most Outstanding Newcomer in 2016.
Vidler was born in Brisbane and grew up in Samford, Queensland, [3] the daughter of Kaylene and Wayne Vidler, a property developer. [2] She has two older brothers, Beau and Brent. [2]
In 2010, Vidler graduated from Ferny Grove State High School in Brisbane, [4] and went on to study acting at the Queensland University of Technology. [4] She later moved to Sydney, New South Wales to pursue an acting career. [5]

Kim Ravaillion, also known as Kimberley Ravaillion, is an Australia netball international. Ravaillion was a member of the Australia teams that won the gold medals at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and the 2015 Netball World Cup and the silver medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. In January 2013, aged 19, she made her senior debut for Australia during an away series against England. This saw Ravaillion make her senior test debut before making her top level league debut. Her first game for Queensland Firebirds came two months later. She was subsequently a member of the Firebirds teams that won the 2015 and 2016 ANZ Championships. Allison June Baden-Clay was an Australian woman whose body was discovered on 30 April 2012, ten days after she was reported missing by her husband, Gerard Baden-Clay. On 13 June 2012, Gerard was charged with murder and interfering with a corpse. On 15 July 2014, he was found guilty of murder and given a life sentence. Gerard appealed the conviction and, on 8 December 2015, these charges were downgraded to manslaughter. In August 2016, the High Court of Australia re-instated the murder conviction.
