Since 1989, the festival has been held in Memphis's Marquette Park, the weekend after Memorial Day. Crump Stadium is a sports stadium in Memphis, Tennessee, built in 1934 and significantly downsized in 2006. It was built as a Works Progress Administration (WPA) project with a capacity of 7,500.
