Mercedes Bryce Morgan is an American filmmaker and music video director. [1] [2] She is best known for directing the films Fixation and Spoonful of Sugar . [3] [4]

Career

Mercedes graduated with a BA in Film and Television Production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles. [5] [6] In 2018, she directed and executive produced, Stargate Origins , a continuation of the Stargate franchise for MGM Studios. [7] She directed Todrick Hall’s visual album "All American" Forbidden . [8] She has also directed music videos for artists such as Marshmello, Saygrace, Slushii, Chvrches and Todrick Hall. [9] [10]

Mercedes's feature film directorial debut Fixation, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2022. [11] [6] In 2022, she directed her second feature film Spoonful of Sugar , premiered on Shudder. [12] In 2025 she directed a thriller for LD Entertainment, titled Bone Lake. [13]
