Metaferia Zeleke (born 1971) is a former Ethiopian long-distance runner who won a gold medal at the 1988 World Junior Championships in Sudbury in the 20 km road race event. [1]

The 2nd World Junior Championships in Athletics was the 1988 edition of the World Junior Championships in Athletics, held in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada from July 27 to July 31, 1988.
