Peter Nyombi was a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He was an Attorney General and member of the Ugandan Cabinet, appointed on 27 May 2011. He replaced Kiddu Makubuya who became Minister for General Duties in the Office of the Prime Minister. In the cabinet reshuffle of 1 March 2015, he was dropped from the cabinet and was replaced by Fred Ruhindi. He was also the elected Member of Parliament for "Buruuli County" in Nakasongola District.
Joan Namazzi Kagezi, was a Ugandan lawyer and prosecutor. At the time of her death, she was the assistant director of public prosecution and head of the International Criminal Division in Uganda's Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs.

Martin Gerard Hinton is the Director of Public Prosecutions for South Australia, and a former justice of the Supreme Court of South Australia and Solicitor-General of South Australia. Hinton was admitted to legal practice in December 1989 after completing his studies at the University of South Australia. He worked in the United Kingdom for the Crown Prosecution Service. On his return to Adelaide he worked as a prosecutor for the Director of Public Prosecutions and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2006. He was appointed Solicitor-General in 2008 and held that office until 2016 when he was appointed to the Supreme Court of South Australia. He resigned as a Judge in late 2019 to take up an appointment as the Director of Public Prosecutions. Hinton is also an adjunct professor at the University of Adelaide and at the University of South Australia, teaching Constitutional Law.
Vincent Emmy Mugabo, is a Ugandan lawyer and judge, who, on 4 October 2019, was nominated to sit on the Uganda High Court.
Jane Frances Abodo, is a Uganda lawyer and judge who, on 2 April 2020, was appointed as the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in Uganda. Before her current assignment, she served as a High Court Judge, in the court's Criminal Division, from February 2018 until April 2020.
Susan Okalany is a Ugandan lawyer and judge who sits on the High Court of Uganda. Before she was appointed to the bench, she was a principal state attorney in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions.
