Mick Bohan is a Gaelic football coach who is working with Dublin GAA. He has worked with the Clare GAA footballers before in the past as well.

Early life

Bohan grew up in Dublin, is nephew of Clare's former boss Harry Bohan [1] and teaches physical education (PE) in Clontarf. [2]

Coaching career

Bohan was a skills coach with Jim Gavin when the Dublin won the 2010, the 2012 All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship titles, and the 2013 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship title. He was also part of three Sigerson Cup titles for DCU and worked with Dublin clubs Thomas Davis, Lucan Sarsfields and Clontarf.

Bohan went to work in Clare with Colm Collins and helped the team to a National League Division 3 title and an All-Ireland Senior Football Championship quarter-final birth. [3] [4] [5] [6]

Bohan was a frontrunner to replace Anthony Cunningham as manager of the senior Roscommon county team in August 2022. [7] [8] He was also linked with Roscommon when Kevin McStay stepped aside in 2018. [9]

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Anthony Cunningham</span>

Anthony Cunningham is a former hurler who has since managed various Gaelic football and hurling teams. He was manager of the Galway county hurling team between 2011 and 2015 and of the Roscommon county football team between 2018 and 2022. He is the only manager to lead a football team and a hurling team to provincial titles in two different provinces.

The All-Ireland Junior Camogie Championship is a competition for third-tier county teams in the women's field sport of camogie and for second-string teams of first-tier counties. In accordance with the practice in GAA competitions the term junior applies to the level of competition rather than the age group.

The All-Ireland Minor Camogie Championship is a competition for under-18 teams in the women's field sport of camogie. Counties compete for the Síghle Nic an Ultaigh Cup. There are graded competitions at Minor B and Minor C level.

Conor Moynagh is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for the Cavan county team. He plays his club football with Drumgoon Eire Og in Cavan.

Mick Lillis is a Gaelic games coach and manager and former player. He played for the Laois county football team, later managing them and has also been involved with numerous clubs in several counties. As well as managing winning senior championship teams in Laois with Portlaoise, he also guided St Laurence's in Kildare and Palatine in Carlow to county titles.

The 2022 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship was the 135th edition of the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county Gaelic football tournament since its establishment in 1887.

The 2023 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship is the 136th edition of the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county Gaelic football tournament since its establishment in 1887. Thirty one of the thirty two Irish counties take part – Kilkenny will not compete, while London and New York complete the lineup.
