Microland University of Science and Technology is a private university established in Uttara, capital of Dhaka. [1]
Application for establishment of Microland University of Science and Technology was made in 2014 and received provisional permission from Ministry of Education on 16 June 2020. Former professor of Dhaka University Rafiqul Islam Sharif is the founder of the university. [2] [3]

Then in 2018, the first batch of BSc in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering classes started. Two more program classes started in 2019. LLB in Maritime Law and BBA in Port Management and Logistics. 2020 BSc in Maritime Fisheries first batch admission and classes start.
