Michael Lamont Archie (born October 14, 1972) is a former professional American football player who played running back in the National Football League (NFL) and XFL.
Archie was the seventh round draft pick (#218 overall) of the Houston Oilers in 1996. [1] He played for the Oilers/Tennessee Titans for 3 seasons. He spent the 1999 season on injured reserve and negotiated an injury settlement and release from the Titans in 2000. He played with the New York/New Jersey Hitmen of the newly formed XFL for their only season in 2001.
As a tailback at Penn State, Archie rushed for 1,830 yards and 14 touchdowns. His 77 receptions for eight touchdowns is a school record for running backs. He was a key contributor in Penn State's 1993 Citrus Bowl and 1994 Rose Bowl victory, the latter of which capped an undefeated season for the Nittany Lions.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from the university in 1996.
Archie lives in Brentwood, Tennessee with his wife, Crystal, and their 7 children. Mike and Crystal are representatives for Rodan and Fields today and are active in the community [2] [3]

The Music City Miracle was an American football play that took place on January 8, 2000, during the National Football League's (NFL) 1999–2000 playoffs. It occurred at the end of the American Football Conference (AFC) Wild Card playoff game between the Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills at Adelphia Coliseum in Nashville, Tennessee. After the Bills had taken a 16–15 lead on a field goal with 16 seconds remaining in the game, on the ensuing kickoff return, Titans tight end Frank Wycheck threw a lateral pass across the field to Kevin Dyson, who then ran 75 yards to score the winning touchdown to earn a 22–16 victory.

Kenneth Leonard "Ki-Jana" Carter is an American former football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons. He played college football at Pennsylvania State University, where he earned consensus All-American honors and was MVP of the 1995 Rose Bowl. Carter was selected first overall in the 1995 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals, but after suffering a knee tear during his first preseason game, he struggled with injuries for the remainder of his career. Missing most of his five seasons with the Bengals due to injury, Carter played his final three seasons in a limited role for the Washington Redskins and New Orleans Saints.

Considered one of the best blocking fullbacks in NFL history, Neal blocked for a 1,000-plus-yard running back in eleven straight seasons from 1997 to 2007.
Darren Perry is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions from 1988 to 1991. After graduating, he was selected in the eighth round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played in the NFL for eight seasons, seven with the Steelers, but also with the San Diego Chargers, Baltimore Ravens, and New Orleans Saints. Perry retired from playing in 2000.
Bruce Rankin Matthews is an American former professional football player who played as a guard, center, offensive tackle, and long snapper in the National Football League (NFL) for 19 seasons, from 1983 to 2001. He spent his entire career playing for the Houston / Tennessee Oilers / Titans franchise. Highly versatile, Matthews played every position on the offensive line throughout his NFL career, starting in 99 games as a left guard, 87 as a center, 67 as a right guard, 22 as a right tackle, 17 as a left tackle, and was the long snapper on field goals, PATs, and punts. Having never missed a game due to injury, Matthews' 293 NFL games started is the third most of all time, behind quarterbacks Brett Favre and Tom Brady.
