His notable clients included Enron,Burlington Northern Santa Fe,and the Recording Industry Association of America.

Marc Racicot,the Attorney General of Montana,won the Republican primary and advanced to the general election,where he faced State Representative Dorothy Bradley,who had emerged from a crowded Democratic primary as the nominee of her party. A close election ensued,but in the end,Racicot ended up defeating Bradley to win his first of two terms as governor. While on the same ballot,Democrat presidential candidate Bill Clinton won the state of Montana,and eventually won the 1992 United States presidential election.

County Conventions held March 17,2018,District Conventions held March 24,2018,and a State Convention held April 14,2018. At the present time there is only one Convention Party in Texas,that is the Libertarian Party. Other parties may seek to achieve ballot access.

William Edward Hunt,Sr. was an American soldier,lawyer,and jurist. He served as the County Attorney for Liberty County,Montana,and later as the mayor of Chester,Montana. During his tenure as mayor,he founded the Montana Consumers Council. From 1970 to 1975,he served as the Director of the Montana Aeronautics Commission. He was appointed the first Montana Workers' Compensation Court judge in July 1975,organizing the court and serving until August 1981. He won a nonpartisan election as an associate justice of the Montana Supreme Court in 1984,and served from January 2,1985,until his retirement on December 31,2000.
Ingrid G. Gustafson is an associate justice of the Montana Supreme Court. She was appointed in December 2017 by Governor Steve Bullock to fill the seat of retiring Justice Mike Wheat. She ran unopposed in 2018 for the remainder of Wheat's term. In 2022,Gustafson ran against James Brown,winning an eight year term.
