Millie Spalding (born 31 July 1998) is a British female acrobatic gymnast. With partners Georgia Lancaster and Elise Matthews, Spalding achieved gold in the 2014 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships. [1]

The Acrobatic Gymnastics European Championships are the main acrobatic gymnastics championships in Europe. The championships are organized by European Gymnastics, formerly known as the European Union of Gymnastics.

With partners Bárbara da Silva Sequeira and Jéssica Correia, Mendes participated in the 2014 FIG Acro World Cup series, the first of which was in Maia, Portugal, and got 3rd place in the first round; at the end the trio achieved 5th place. In the second World Cup in the series in Aalen, Germany, they got the bronze medal. Later that year, the same trio achieved 8th in the 2014 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships.

Georgia Lancaster is a British people female acrobatic gymnast. With partners Elise Matthews and Millie Spalding. Lancaster trained as an acrobatic gymnast for over 13 years, competing both nationally and internationally. She started off training at Spelthorne Gymnastics Club and later moved to Heathrow Gymnastics Club. Lancaster was British Champion three times, over the years of 2010, 2011 and 2013 - twice as a Women's Pair and once in a Women's Group, alongside Matthews and Spalding. The trio achieved gold in the 2014 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships held in Levallois, Paris - becoming the first Great Britain trio to win the Senior World Championships in history.
