Milwaukee Banks are an electronic hip-hop duo from Melbourne, Australia. The members are Edo (producer) and Dyl Thomas (vocals).They emerged in late 2013 with the release of their first song, Pluto Bounce, [1] which premiered on Interview Magazine [2]

In June 2014, Milwaukee Banks released their debut EP, The Rose Water. This was followed up with a remix EP, featuring remixes by Australian artists of all the songs from Rose Water.

In late 2014, they released a pair of collaborative tracks, produced by Australian artists Andrei Eremin and Rat & Co. [3]

In 2014, the group was nominated for Best Emerging Artist in the Music Victoria Awards of 2014. [4] [5] In 2015, Milwaukee Banks won a competition through Triple J Unearthed to perform at the St. Jeromes Laneway Festival. [6]

In March 2016, Milwaukee Banks released their debut album, Deep into the Night. [7]

D.D Dumbo was the solo project of the Australian, Castlemaine-based musician, Oliver Hugh Perry, who began the project in 2013 with the release of his self-titled debut EP Tropical Oceans, released by The Blue Rider in 2013 and later re-released by 4AD in 2014. The EP received positive reviews and from here, Perry was invited to attend South by Southwest in the same year, where he was signed by 4AD. Perry also supported Warpaint, Tune-Yards, St. Vincent, Jungle and Iron & Wine in 2013.

Elsy Wameyo, also known as ELSY, is a Kenyan-born Australian singer-songwriter, mostly singing in the hip hop genre. Based in Adelaide, South Australia, Wameyo was awarded Young Kenyan of the Year in 2018, and won People's Choice Best Hip Hop Award at the annual South Australian Music Awards in 2019.
