Minister of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism (Montenegrin : Ministar ekologije, prostornog planiranja i urbanizma) is the person in charge of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism of Montenegro (Ministarstvo ekologije, prostornog planiranja i urbanizma). The ministry was formed in 2020 with reorganization of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism (Montenegrin: Ministarstvo održivog razvoja i turizma).

The government of Montenegro is the executive branch of state authority in Montenegro. It is headed by the prime minister. It consists of the prime minister, the deputy prime ministers as well as the ministers.
The Ministry of Finance in the Government of Montenegro is the ministry in the Government of Montenegro which is in charge of the nation's finances. The ministry was established in 1879 as a ministry of the Principality of Montenegro. It was abolished in late 1922, but restored 23 years later, in 1945. Current Minister is Novica Vuković, since 2023.
The Ministry of Justice in the Government of Montenegro is the ministry in the Government of Montenegro which is in charge of the nation's justice system and human and minority rights.

The Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning (MESP) (Albanian: Ministria e Mjedisit dhe Planifikimit Hapsinor e Kosovës, Serbian: Министарство Средине и Просторног Планирања, Ministarstvo Sredine i Prostornog Planiranja) is a ministry within the Government of Kosovo. Its areas of responsibility include environmental protection, ensuring the provision of information about the state of environment, setting preconditions for rational utilization, protection and restoration of natural resources, etc. The minister of the MESP is Dardan Gashi.

Minister of Public Administration is the person in charge of the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro. Tamara Srzentić, an independent politician is the current Minister of Public Administration, since 4 December 2020.
Minister of Capital Investments is the person in charge of the Ministry of Capital Investments of Montenegro. Ministry of Capital Investments was formed in December 2020 with reorganization of the Ministry of Transportation and Maritime Affairs and Montenegrin Ministry of Economy.

Prior to 2010, the Minister of Education and Science was in charge of science affairs. In 2020, Ministry once again merged into the Ministry of Education. Minister of Sports and Youth was the person in charge of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Montenegro. Prior to 2016, the Minister of Education and Sports was in charge of youth and sports affairs. Anti-Montenegrin sentiment is a generally negative view of Montenegrins as an ethnic group, commonly involving denial of the Montenegrin ethnicity and language, and negative feelings towards Montenegro. It is present in right-wing discourse in Montenegro and the ex-Yugoslavia region, mainly Serbia, and dates back to the 19th and 20th century.
Ratko Mitrović is a Montenegrin civil engineer, university professor, scientist and government official, serving as Minister of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism of Montenegro in the cabinet of Zdravko Krivokapić, since December 2020. In addition to his academic career at the University of Montenegro, he is one of the founders of the non-governmental organization called "We won't give up Montenegro", which was founded by Montenegrin professors and intellectuals in support of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro after a controversial religion law targeted the legal status and the property of the Church.
