The Ministry of Telecommunication, Digital Infrastructure and Foreign Employment is the central government ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for telecommunication and digital infrastructure. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on telecommunication and digital infrastructure and other subjects which come under its purview. [1] The current Minister of Telecommunication, Digital Infrastructure and Foreign Employment and Deputy Minister of Telecommunication and Digital Infrastructure are Harin Fernando and Tharanath Basnayake respectively. Second Sirisena cabinet

The second Sirisena cabinet was a central government of Sri Lanka led by President Maithripala Sirisena. It was formed in August 2015 after the parliamentary election and ended in October 2018 with the dismissal of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, precipitating the 2018 constitutional crisis.
