Qambar Shahdadkot District is a district of Sindh,Pakistan,originally named after Shahdad Khan Khuhawar the official founder. District Qambar Shahdadkot,with headquarters at Qambar,was established on 13 December 2004.
Shahdadkot is the most populated and largest Tehsil of Qambar Shahdadkot District of Sindh,Pakistan. It was named after the town founder Shahdad Khan Khuhawar. It is located around 51 kilometres northwest of Larkana and 34 kilometers north of Qambar. The town is in close proximity to three districts of Balochistan namely Khuzdar,Jhal Magsi and Jaffarabad in the west and north of the district. It is linked on the M8 motorway route between Gwadar and Ratodero.

Constituency NA-204 (Larkana-I) was a constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. It was abolished in the 2018 delimitation after the overlap between the constituencies of Larkana District and Qambar Shahdadkot District was undone. Now the two districts have separate constituencies:NA-200 (Larkana-I),NA-201 (Larkana-II),NA-202,and NA-203. And the area of the former NA-204 is divided between NA-200 and NA-201.
Constituency NA-206 (Larkana-III) was a constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. It was abolished in the 2018 delimitation after the overlap between the constituencies of Larkana District and Qambar Shahdadkot District was undone. Now the two districts have separate constituencies:NA-200 (Larkana-I),NA-201 (Larkana-II),NA-202,and NA-203. And the Qambar area of the former NA-206 is divided between NA-202 and NA-203.
Constituency NA-207 (Larkana-IV) was a constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. It was abolished in the 2018 delimitation as this constituency's area encompassed three districts:Larkana,Shikarpur,and Qambar Shadadkot. Now the major area of the constituency,which belonged to Larkana,is included in NA-200 (Larkana-I). The Qambar Shahdadkot area is in NA-202 and the area belonging to Shikarpur is in NA-199 (Shikarpur-II).
PS-14 Qambar Shahdadkot-I is a constituency of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh.
PS-15 Qambar Shahdadkot-II is a constituency of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh.
PS-16 Qambar Shahdadkot-III is a constituency of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh.
Muhammad Ayaz Soomro was a Pakistani politician and lawyer,who had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan,from June 2013 to March 2018. Previously he had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from 2002 to 2007 and again from 2008 to 2013. Nawab Ghaibi Sardar Khan Chandio is a Pakistani politician and tribal chief who served as a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from August 2018 to August 2023. He previously held this position from May 2013 to May 2018. He is the chief of the Chandio tribe.
Sijawal Junejo is a taluka of Qambar Shahdadkot District,division Larkana,Province of Sindh,Pakistan. It was established in 2004 when district Qambar Shahdadkot District was newly established. Sijawal Old Name was Sujawal Taluka. At the time of British Government Sujawal was taluka of District Shikarpur from approximately 1876 City was created by Hindus,After the partition the Hindus migrated to India,and then other castes,including Arian,Junejo &Magsi etc,started to arrive. Sijawal name was changed to Sijawal Junejo in year 2000 name was suggested by UC Nazim of that time.
NA-196 Qambar Shahdadkot-I is a newly-created constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. It mainly comprises the Qubo Saeed Khan Taluka,Shahdadkot Taluka,Sijawal Junejo Taluka,and Miro Khan Taluka. It was created in the 2018 delimitation after the constituency overlapping between Qambar Shahdadkot District and Larkana District was ended.
NA-197 Qambar Shahdadkot-II is a newly-created constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. It mainly comprises the Nasirabad Taluka,Warah Taluka,and Qambar Ali Khan Taluka. It was created in the 2018 delimitation after the constituency overlapping between Qambar Shahdadkot District and Larkana District was ended.
Ghanwer Ali Khan Isran is a Pakistani politician who had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from August 2018 till August 2023.
