Mirninskoye Urban Settlement is the name of several municipal formations in Russia.

Orichevsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-nine in Kirov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,352 square kilometers (908 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality of Orichi. Population: 30,781 (2010 Census); 32,764 ; 36,425 (1989 Census). The population of Orichi accounts for 25.9% of the district's total population.

Kirov Oblast is a federal subject of Russia. Its administrative center is the city of Kirov. Population: 1,341,312.

Historical urban settlements

Mirninskoye Urban Settlement, a former municipal formation which the then-urban-type settlement of Mirny and three rural localities in Gordeyevsky District of Bryansk Oblast were incorporated as before being demoted in status to that of a rural settlement effective April 2011^[2]

Urban-type settlement is an official designation for a semi-urban settlement, used in several Eastern European countries. The term was historically used in Bulgaria, Poland, and the Soviet Union, and remains in use today in 10 of the post-Soviet states.

Gordeyevsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is 846.54 square kilometers (326.85 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality of Gordeyevka. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 12,218, with the population of Gordeyevka accounting for 25.4% of that number.

Bryansk Oblast is a federal subject of Russia. Its administrative center is the city of Bryansk. As of the 2010 Census, its population was 1,278,217.
