The Limpopo Provincial Legislature is the primary legislative body of the South African province of Limpopo.
Tebogo Job Mokgoro is a South African politician and academic who served as the 6th Premier of North West from June 2018 until his resignation in August 2021. He was a Member of the North West Provincial Legislature during that time. He is a party member of the African National Congress.
The Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) announced on 20 March 2019 that a record number of 48 parties had registered candidates for the national parliamentary election. He has held various leadership positions in the ANC. He has also been a Member of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature since 2015. From 2016 to 2019,he served as the MEC for Economic Development,Tourism and Environmental Affairs in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government.
Solomon Patrick Mabilo is a South African politician from the Northern Cape who served as the Executive Mayor of the Sol Plaatje Local Municipality from 2018 to 2021. A member of the African National Congress (ANC),he served as a Member of the National Assembly from 2014 to 2017. He was a Member of Northern Cape Provincial Legislature from 2009 to 2014 and again in 2018. Mothibedi Gordon Kegakilwe was a South African politician and a party member of the African National Congress. He served as the North West MEC for Cooperative Governance,Human Settlement and Traditional Affairs from May 2019 until his death in July 2020.

Shela Paulina Boshielo,known as Polly Boshielo,is a South African politician who has been the Limpopo MEC for Education since May 2019. She has been a Member of the Limpopo Provincial Legislature for the African National Congress since June 2015. From October 2015 to May 2019,she served as the speaker of the provincial legislature. Boshielo also served as a Member of the National Assembly from May 2014 to June 2015.
Kwekwe William Bulwane is a South African politician serving as the Free State MEC for Police,Roads and Transport since October 2021. He had previously served as the MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development. He has been a Member of the Free State Provincial Legislature since May 2019. He was briefly an MPL in April 2018. Bulwane is the current deputy provincial chairperson of the African National Congress.
Audrey Winifred Morakane Ketlhoilwe Mosupyoe,known as Morakane Mosupyoe,is a South African politician serving as the Gauteng MEC for Social Development since December 2020. She was the MEC for Economic Development,Agriculture and Environment from October 2019 to December 2020. Prior to her election to the Gauteng Provincial Legislature in 2019,she served as a Tshwane city councillor. Mosupyoe is a member of the African National Congress.
Nomusa Dube-Ncube is a South African politician and diplomat serving as the KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Finance since November 2020. Previously,she served as the MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs from July 2009 to May 2019 and as the MEC for Economic Development,Tourism and Environmental Affairs from May 2019 until November 2020. Prior to serving in the legislature,she was South Africa's ambassador to the Czech Republic.
Alexandra Jennifer Beukes is a South African politician who has been a Member of Parliament in the National Assembly since 12 June 2019. Prior to serving in the National Assembly,she was a Member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature and the mayor of the Khâi-Ma Local Municipality. Beukes is a member of the African National Congress.
Pauline Jeanette Williams is a retired South African politician. A member of the African National Congress,she was elected to the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature in 2004. In 2009,she was appointed as the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Sport,Arts and Culture. She left the legislature in 2014,only for her to return in 2015. She was then made MEC for Transport,Liaison and Safety in 2016. Williams was briefly out of the post in May 2017. In February 2018,she was made the MEC for Environmental Affairs. Williams left the legislature again in 2019.
Kaobitsa Abel Bushy Maape is a South African politician and anti-apartheid activist who has been the 7th Premier of the North West and a member of the North West Provincial Legislature since September 2021. Maape is a member of the African National Congress and a former Robben Island prisoner.
Malambule Samuel Mashinini is a South African politician and trade union leader who has been a member of the Free State Provincial Legislature since 2014. A member of the African National Congress,he was elected to the Free State Provincial Legislature in May 2014. He was then appointed as Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure. A year later,he became the MEC for Economic and Small Business Development,Tourism and Environmental Affairs. Mashinini was appointed MEC for Police,Roads &Transport in October 2016. He was dismissed in October 2021.
Motlalepula Ziphora Rosho is a South African politician. A member of the African National Congress,she was elected deputy speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature in 2010. In 2012 she was appointed as the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Economic Development,Environment,Conservation and Tourism in the North West Provincial Government. Rosho was discharged from the executive council in 2014 and then served in the provincial legislature as a committee chairperson until December 2018,when she returned to the executive as MEC for Local Government and Human Settlement. Rosho was appointed as MEC for Finance after the 2019 elections.
Machwene Rosina Semenya is a South African politician who has been the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements since 2021. A member of the African National Congress,she had previously served as the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries from 2014 to 2019 and as the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements,Water and Sanitation from 2019 to 2021. Semenya has been a Member of Parliament since 2014.
