Jiaxin Sun represented China at Miss Universe 2020. The pageant was originally supposed to take place on March 8, 2020; however due to COVID-19 pandemic, the pageant was cancelled and postponed to a later date. The new date was December 9, 2020.

Puteri Indonesia 2020, Raden Roro Ayu Maulida Putri of East Java crowned her successor, Laksmi Shari De-Neefe Suardana of Bali at the end of the event. She represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2022. Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2020, Putu Ayu Saraswati of Bali and Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2020, Jihane Almira Chedid of Central Java also crowned their successors, Cindy May McGuire of Jakarta SCR 5 and Adinda Cresheilla of East Java. Cresheilla represented the country at Miss Supranational 2022 where she placed 3rd runner-up, while McGuire competed at Miss International 2022 but unplaced.

Miss Grand Ghana is a Ghanaian female beauty pageant, founded in 2020 by Accra-based pageant organizer Legacy Pageants Limited, chaired by Sandy Amissah. The winners of the contest represent the country at its parent international stage, Miss Grand International, while the rest of its finalists are sent to compete on other international platforms. In 2022, the license of Miss Grand Ghana was taken over by Abena Appiah, a former Miss Grand International, who has owned and run the contest annually since then.
Miss Grand Laos 2022 was the third edition of the Miss Grand Laos beauty pageant, held on August 27, 2022, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located in the country's capital, Vientiane. Twenty contestants, who qualified for the national pageant through an audition round held earlier on July 10, competed for the title, and a twenty-five-year-old Lao Development Bank personnel, Phoutsavanh Vongkhamxao was named the winner, and received rewards of ₭100 million Kip in cash, Lao Airlines flights, and others. Vongkhamxao later represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2022 in Indonesia but was unplaced.
Miss Universe Nepal 2023 was the fourth edition of the Miss Universe Nepal pageant, it was held on September 9, 2023 in Kathmandu. Sophiya Bhujel of Kathmandu crowned Jane Dipika Garrett as her successor at the end of the event. Jane represented Nepal at Miss Universe 2023, in El Salvador and ended her journey as Top 20 finalist.
Miss Grand Laos 2023 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Laos beauty pageant, be held on July 29, 2023, at the National Convention Center (NCC), Vientiane. Eighteen candidates, who have qualified for the national pageant through an online profile screening performed in March, of whom the representative of Vientiane Prefecture, Phetmany Philakhong, was announced the winner and was crowned by Miss Grand Laos 2022, Phoutsavanh Vongkhamxao of Vientiane, as her successor. Philakhong will represent Laos in Miss Grand International 2023, to be held in Vietnam in October.
Miss Universe 2024 will be the 73rd Miss Universe pageant, to be held in Mexico. Sheynnis Palacios of Nicaragua will crown her successor at the end of the event.
